In the fall of 2017, disaster hit Waterton Lakes National Park. Located in southwestern Alberta, this hidden gem is home to some of the most stunning vistas. While many felt the fire would destroy the park and its tourism driven economy for years, a quick hike up to Bertha Lake proved that while fire can destroy, it can also create beauty. Never seen before views of Waterton have now been revealed. I hope these images encourage more to visit and enjoy the Beauty after the Burn.
